Tauriko and Hayes Ave building pads
A Commercial pad completed in Tauriko consisting of pads and detailed footings along with a pair of Ribraft floors prepped in Gate Pa.
Ohauiti tiny home pad
This job consisted of benching into a hill to create a solid platform for a tiny home to sit. this job was tailored to suit the clients budget they had and was completed within that.
Welcome bay retaining wall
Here we completed a full package retaining and patio project, this included the install of a stepped wall to level out the backyard, a front fixed wall and concrete patio for a new entertainment area.
Papamoa Foundation earthworks
We completed the earthworks for a house extension which involved removing all the unsuitable fill, placing geocloth and drainage metal in the water table, bringing in suitable fill sand and compacting in lifts back up to height for piles. This job was completed to geotech requirements and around live services in a tight site.
Minden, Te Puna contouring
Up the Minden we had the privilege's of contouring and shaping the front of this property. This included shaping and excavating over 150 tonnes of material to reach the owners goal of smooth, even and free flowing terraces. Finished off with a post and rail fence by us.
Papamoa pool, shed and driveway
In Papamoa we completed the excavation of a pool, supplied a hardfill base along with a prepped pad for a totalspan shed. We then added a metal driveway to access the new shed.
Welcome Bay earthworks
A completed house pad and driveway to service a new build in Welcome Bay. This project consisted of carving a driveway into the hillside, create drains and install culverts to maintain water flowing and control erosion, adequate battering and benching around the property and contouring. this job was delivered hassle free and within the quote supplied with majority of earthworks and drainage designed by us.
